"Eastern Heat has given me excellent service ever since my new boiler needed its first annual service. I like getting a polite reminder when the service is due. Appointments made are always kept and texts give you an update on the day. I’ve recently had a couple of problems and I appreciate getting an explanation that I can understand. Also, great that Eastern Heat know gas problems are a worry for those of us who don’t understand gas and boilers, and they always respond quickly if I am in trouble. And they fix the problem - they get it right first time. I’d say 5 stars in every way."
